Use the right company workspace and know who can change a case or manage billing.
Company membership
The staged case workspace takes company membership from the persisted user account. Case requests do not choose their own company identity. Shared public observations and private case content have different access boundaries.
Legacy modules do not all have the new company-private workflow. Do not assume every dashboard panel has been migrated. Company onboarding, invitations and seat management still require readiness work before a general commercial launch.
Investigation permissions
- Viewer
- Read permitted cases and export permitted reports; cannot create a review or capture.
- Analyst / authorized editor
- Create and update permitted investigations and save evidence reviews.
- Designated billing administrator
- When billing is enabled and the company is verified, start its trial and manage permitted billing actions. The staged service checks both the role and the trusted billing designation.
Ask your administrator to confirm your role and company. Do not exchange login credentials to work around permissions.
Planned Commercial evaluation
The current plan is one free calendar month per verified company, available with either the monthly or yearly billing option. The trial requires no card and does not automatically charge you; an authorized billing administrator must explicitly subscribe for paid access.
The trial is recorded once for the company. Adding users, replacing an administrator or choosing another billing period does not restart it. Previously stored trial end dates are preserved. The exact end date should be shown in the company’s billing view.
After trial expiry, the staged policy stops new captures and provides a limited read/export period before closing protected case access. The final retrieval and retention terms must be disclosed before launch; do not treat this as indefinite storage.
Monthly or yearly billing
View the published monthly and annual Commercial plans. Confirm scope, usage allowances and applicable terms with Flavian Systems. Online checkout is not enabled.
Subscription access must be enforced by the server and verified billing events, not a successful browser redirect. Live billing still requires secure runtime configuration, tested webhook delivery, operational recovery and applicable tax/registration setup.
